For this project, Mieke Vranken was inspired by a great movie-diva. Each one of the five resulting creations refers to Marlene Dietrich and her glamorous life. They refer to the five senses which are needed to ‘flavour’ the movie as well as a jewel - vision, sound, taste, feeling & smell (see it, hear it, be amazed, touch & cherish it and smell the perfume of glamour). The style goes from minimalism to exoticism.
