The weather is still rather cold for the time of year. Plum blossoms are still in full bloom. On a warm and sunny spot, some early sakura blossoms start to pop. The Japanese (cherry) blossoms are the symbol of inner beauty. A whole year, the tree is silently positioned at the place where during a very short period in spring, a fireworks of flowers is shown. The flowers are so vulnerable that the smallest change in temperature or humidity, fatal damage causes to its beauty. The tree symbolises inner strength and the vulnerability of external beauty.
