The Imbiss fit perfectly well into the cityscape of a reunited city. Fast food, Fat snack. From the morning ‘till the evening, everywhere.
In this series of polaroids the true spirit of the Berliner Imbiss was captured. The colors of the prints have fainted over the years. This brownish color adds to the real situation. It is the poetry of picture and vision.
The ‘Imbiss’-series fits into a larger project : ‘Eine Woche sehen’. Four Photographers visit Berlin together for one week.
