Suzhou is a city South of the Yangtze River and on the shores of Lake Taihu in the province of Jiangsu, China. The city is renowned for its beautiful stone bridges, pagodas and meticulously designed gardens which have contributed to its status as great tourist attraction. These gardens are all hidden behind large stone walls, inside the city. Some of them are among the most beautiful in the whole of China. And around these gardens, normal life of simple Chinese people continues, as it has done since ages.
